AEROTRACH PLUS* Anti-Static Valved Holding Chamber

For use with an MDI by tracheostomy patients
Asthma Management
Bronchiectasis
COPD
Cystic Fibrosis
Inhaler

The AEROTRACH PLUS* Anti-Static Valved Holding Chamber (VHC) is specifically designed for the delivery of metered dose inhaler (MDI) medications for tracheostomy patients.

The AEROTRACH PLUS* Anti-Static Valved Holding Chamber (VHC) is quick and easy to comfortably connect to standard 15mm tracheostomy tubes.

  • Use of a chamber improves delivery of medication1
  • Ready to use directly out of the package – time saving with no pretreatment needed
  • Anti-static improves the reliability of medication delivery2

2. Jason Suggett, et al. Use Of Valved Holding Chambers Without Pre-conditioning And The Influence Of Anti-static Materials. Journal of Aerosol Medicine and Pulmonary Drug Delivery 2014;28.

Why use an inhaler always together with an AEROTRACH PLUS* spacer?

Use of a spacer simplifies coordination of MDI actuation and inhalation, reducing aerosol losses with poor hand-breath coordination.3
