Your action plan can be viewed and modified from the menu. Look for the tile labeled "Action Plan".

You can download a report of your data at any time from the menu. Look for the tile labeled "Reports". 

If you requested a report download but can't find it, try this: 


Android: 
If you can't find your report, go to the Files app, then the downloads subfolder. 


iOS: 
If you can't find your report, go to the Files app, then confirm you are in "On My iPhone" and not "iCloud", at the top of your screen. To access your "On My iPhone", click the arrow on the top right and select " the correct location to find the file. 

Yes, please let us know if anything doesn't look right. Go to the "Menu", then "Settings" and select "Report Issue". 

An AeroUser is an AeroCrew member gives you access to their account to help them manage their profile and condition. 

An AeroAlly is an AeroCrew member that can help you manage your app and condition. 

Yes, you can add multiple family members to your account - even if they don't use the AEROLIV* app yet! Go to Menu, then AeroCrew, and click the '+' button to add a family member. You will need to designate them as an AeroUser (you will help them manage their health) or AeroAlly (they will help you manage your health) but not both.

In the app, navigate to Menu, Settings, Account Settings and select "Delete my Account".
