  • Identifies patients whose last prescription for a spacer has lapsed
  • Identifies patients with asthma, COPD or bronchiectasis and prescribed a pMDI without a spacer (NICE Technology appraisal guidance TA10)
  • Identifies patients whose asthma, COPD or bronchiectasis is poorly managed for example poor inhaler technique, overuse of short acting bronchodilators, exacerbations or emergency admissions
